When using Imagix, you may voluntarily provide:
Photos, images, or videos uploaded for AI generation or editing
Face images uploaded by you to use AI image/video generation features
Email address (if you contact support or create an account)
User-generated content and prompts

Usage statistics and feature interaction data
Advertising identifiers and attribution data (where permitted)

Face images uploaded by users are used solely to provide the requested AI generation features.

Imagix uses self-hosted and internally developed AI models. We do not rely on third-party AI providers to process your uploaded content.
Uploaded content is processed only for generating requested outputs within the app.
We retain uploaded images, videos, and related processing data for no longer than 30 days, unless a shorter period is required for operational purposes.
Users may also manually delete their content within the app at any time.

Upon deletion, associated personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
Imagix may offer:
In-app purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Payments are processed through Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Subscription management can be handled through your Google Play account settings.
We use third-party services for analytics, attribution, performance monitoring, and content delivery, including:
Firebase
Singular
CDN services
These services may collect limited technical and usage information to help us understand app performance and improve user experience.
Where required, we may request user consent for tracking and attribution technologies.
Imagix may use advertising identifiers and attribution technologies consistent with platform requirements and applicable laws.
If applicable, users may manage permissions related to tracking through their device settings.
We do not sell your personal data.

Imagix is not intended for children or minors.
